Perfume Shot Trial Pack by Rivona (Set of 5 perfumes)

I purchased the Perfume Shot Trial Pack by Rivona (Set of 5 Perfumes), which contains five 5 ml fragrances. (Rivona Naturals⁠)

Unfortunately, I did not like the fragrances at all. I am quite sensitive to strong fragrances, and these perfumes gave me a severe headache, so I was unable to use them.

What is more disappointing is the lack of response from Rivona regarding my return request. The product was delivered to me on 10 August 2026, and I raised a return request on 11 August 2026, just one day after delivery, through both WhatsApp and email.

However, despite contacting them promptly through both channels, I have received no response or update regarding my return request till date (20 August 2026).

I understand that fragrance preferences are subjective, but customer support should at least acknowledge and respond to a return request. The product may work for others, but based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing it if you are sensitive to strong fragrances—and the lack of customer support has made the experience even more disappointing.

The perfume is good but price is too high for such a small quantity 😞
